Office LTSC is the most suitable choice for this, because there are no cloud-based features and the package will not change from front to back. The app names themselves won't change, as you'll still be using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Clipchamp, Stream and Designer. The changes will happen next month, and the Office app for Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android will be rebranded in January.
